Petite New York Strip
Approximately 7-8oz grass fed beef. These strips steaks are petite, but packed with flavor.
The Crawford farm was established in the early 1900’s by Joseph Clem Crawford and his father. The farm, located in northern Chatham County, officially became known as Crawford Dairy Farm in 1952 when Joseph Clem and his son, Howard Ward Crawford, decided to begin selling Grade A milk. Since that date, the farm has milked cows twice per day producing Grade A milk for local supermarkets. The late Howard Crawford and his wife, Anne McBane Crawford, worked tirelessly to expand the dairy business by harvesting small grains (soybeans, wheat, and corn). The farm is currently run by their son, Jerry Crawford, and his wife and kids. There is also plenty of help from the 6 grandchildren! The farm continues to produce Grade A milk and has branched out to provide local products to the community such as pasture-raised beef and pork and fresh brown eggs. The farm prides itself on producing quality products at a reasonable price.
